	What do you do? We are dedicated to making life easier for dog owners by cleaning up dog feces from customer’s yards.
	Why should I have my yard cleaned? There are a number of reasons. Dog waste will not get tracked into your house and cars. Your yard will be more presentable. Feces attracts flies as well as other pests. Keeping your yard clean will protect your family and pets from health risks associated with dog waste. Dog waste can contaminate ground water.
	What areas do you service? We service the Greater Portland Area. Gorham, Westbrook, Windham, and Falmouth. Please contact us with your location for service availability.
	Do I need to sign a contract? No, we can provide you with a schedule that suits your needs. With a phone call your service will start. We do offer discounts for prepayment of 3, 6 or 12 months.
	What days of the week do you offer your pooper scooper services? We offer our services Monday through Friday. However, we are available to meet new clients on weekends and at times even in the evening after you come home. We realize that you are busy and that is why you need us.
	Will you come when it is raining? We will service your yard in most any weather. However, if your service is interrupted by severe weather, we will come out to service your residence on the next suitable business day.
	Do you work through the winter? Yes. Dogs continue to make messes through the winter. We will clean through the winter if you want us to. However, some people choose to stop their service during the winter months and resume service in spring. Initial Clean Up price will be charged for the first visit then resume into a regular schedule.
	Do I need to leave my gate unlocked? Yes, or we can make other arrangements.
	What do you do with it? We will double bag your dogs poop so that it does not smell and discreetly place it in your trash can.
	Can I leave my dog out? In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs: however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine that dog. We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
	How do I pay? The 1st month’s service is to be paid at time of service, and then you will be billed with an invoice once a month. We accept cash and personal checks. Do not send cash in the mail.
